Successful Complementary Feeding Cooking Event (Masak MPASI Yuk) Held at RS Permata Dalima Serpong

On September 22, 2024, RS Permata Dalima Serpong successfully hosted the Masak MPASI Yuk event, an educational activity attended by 40 families. This event was part of a campaign to introduce the importance of healthy and nutritious complementary feeding (MPASI) for the development of babies.

The event was officially opened by Dr. Margaretha Irene, MARS, and Dr. Asti Praborini, SpA, IBCLC, FABM, who both emphasized the importance of nutritional knowledge for families, particularly during the introduction of a baby’s first foods. The main presentation was delivered by Dr. Budi Yuwono, SpA, who explained in detail the benefits of MPASI and how to ensure that babies receive the right nutritional intake.

The highlight of the event was the MPASI cooking session, facilitated by the lactation team from RS Permata Dalima. Families were invited to participate in the cooking process, with easy-to-follow, healthy recipes that could be recreated at home. In a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere, all the babies present enjoyed the meals served. Each baby ate heartily, creating memorable moments for the parents.

This event provided invaluable insights for parents, especially regarding how to prepare healthy, delicious, and balanced MPASI for their babies. Additionally, the opportunity to learn directly from health experts and practitioners added significant value, making the Masak MPASI Yiuk event at RS Permata Dalima an unforgettable experience for all participants.
